Not even in death does phone company part I have an ongoing battle with Verizon. My first call was in April 2009. I just wanted my phone and TV service cutoff, but keep my internet, sounds simple enough. TV & phone did not go off until November 2009 after multiple phone calls. Today, still trying to get a correct bill.
